Leslie Consulting: Employee Development

Leslie Consulting focuses strongly on gaining client partnerships, with a clear focus on the technical advancement and professional development of its people, with regular intake of graduate engineers.

The firm recently identified the need to build on its existing graduate Employee mentor and professional development program by establishing a partnership arrangement with Engineers Australia.

On the 6th of December 2005 the Leslie Consulting Engineering Services team got together to sign the agreement with EA and welcome graduate and under graduate engineers joining the Leslie Consulting team. As part of the meeting Leslie Consulting welcomed an undergraduate appointment from CQU as part of the Central Queensland University Co-op program. PEPS students and other undergraduates have also joined the team to work on various final year projects as part of the CEED program.
